CNC Manufacturing / Prototyping / Light Production
Our late-model machines can mill, laser, inspect, and perform some limited grinding, all while reducing total setups.
Please click this link for a list of the tolerances we can achieve, with what processes, and at what cost. Do be aware that some very tight tolerances may be dependent on measuring temperature, and should have a temperature specified at time of measurement.
Additive Manufacturing
We can produce prototypes or limited runs using either FDM or MJF methodologies to very tight specs and with turnaround times as quick as next-day. Multi-Jet Fusion is also called Polyjet Fusion, or Multi-Jet Printing.
Inspection
We have extensive inspection capability, which we use for maintaining quality standards, verifying existing parts, and, when requested, reverse-engineering something new. Inspection reports and Certificates of Analysis can be provided upon request, and for a nominal fee.
Finishing
We can tumble, blast, electropolish, perform some types of anodizing, and perform some types of heat treating in house.
